Many of these are set up for advanced Webhook sends and Staff Event Reports, but they can easily be modified to accomplish the tasks you want!   I highly suggest using the staff event report webform if you have staff.

  3.  Text to Staff asking them to confirm arrival at venue (needs reply-to # or reply forwarding)

  5.  Staff Confirmed Shift Notification (Webook Status Send - add SMS yourself if wanted)
  6.  Staff Declined Notification (Webook Status Send - add SMS yourself if wanted)
  7.  Staff Removed from Event Notification - (Webook Status Send - add SMS yourself if wanted)
  8.  Staff Event Report request 30 minutes after event end (must create Staff Report Webform)
  9.  Staff Event Report reminder 24 hours later if not completed
  10.  Staff Event Report reminder 48 hours after if not completed
  11.  Staff Shift Reminder SMS 24 hours before event w/ arrival time & location & details
  12.  Staff Arrival Time & Location Reminder SMS 3 hours before event. 
  13.  Staff Work Request Notification (Webook Status Send - add SMS yourself if wanted)
  14.  Staff Extra Reminder (We use it for USB 1 hour before event ends - must add your extra in the automation)
